The U.S. Senate passed the 2018 Farm Bill yesterday and it’s now back on its way to being renegotiated with the House. While not yet law, it does contain provisions that would fully legalize hemp and its derived products such as CBD. The compromise bill will then need to be signed by Pres. Trump.
