This morning the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Board of Advisors approved flower as a medical cannabis product. This means that it will recommend to the PA Department of Health that it approve the sale of dried flower in dispensaries for medical marijuana patients to use through vaporization or oil concentrates.
Flower doesn't need to be processed beyond cultivation and will therefore be a cheaper alternative to patients than products already being offered for sale.
